She has coached leaders for twelve years with over 10.000 sessions so far.

She has been in the public eye for 20 years. First as a model and artist and now as a coach. She has pulished two sucsessful books and is currently working on her third.

She is a top athlete competing on an international level in Powerlifting benchpress and recently won the world championship.
